We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Ad Operations Manager to join our growing monetization team. This “hands-on-keyboard” role sits at the heart of our Ads business, ensuring smooth campaign execution, yield optimization, and technical excellence across our programmatic and direct-sold ad inventory. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the details — a hands-on operator of Google Ad Manager — but who’s also curious, growth-minded, and ready to take on broader responsibilities over time.
The US-based salary range for this position is $118,500 to $175,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
