Job description

Legal Technology Solutions Analyst

£ Excellent Salary + Benefits – Belfast / Remote

James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an individual with a passion for LegalTech and emerging technologies; automation / contract lifecycle technologies, artificial intelligence and data extraction providing operational support & solutions to clients & key stakeholders

Responsibilities

Supporting LegalTech tools and services, in particular, technologies which sit within our deal management and contract lifecycle, advising partners and clients on how to best use and configure systems to provide solutions;

  • System maintenance tasks and admin required to ensure effective systems
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of work
  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts, technology suppliers and other departments to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance
  • Contribute to pre-project evaluations and provide document automation effort estimations for document automation projects
  • Contribute to pre-project evaluations and provide technical build effort estimations
  • Plan, design, build and test automated documents and workflows
  • Deliver demonstrations and provide training and technical support to lawyers and clients
  • Create, support and maintain deal management and collaboration solutions, including configuring online data structures and data visualisations




Experience

Educated to degree in Law or related STEM with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar support position, equivalent experience in a legal or professional services role;

  • An interest in advanced and emerging technologies
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn new technology quickly and develop new skills
  • Experience using document automation technology (e.g. Avvoka, Contract Express), deal / transaction management tools (eg HighQ Collaborate, Legatics) and/or data extraction tools (e.g. Kira, RAVN)

Desirable; experience in legal technology support or, mark-up languages / basic web application knowledge
