Job description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager for Ecommerce Brand to join our team.

About the client: App and Ecommerce store

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Graphic design to create posts for sale
Copywriting for social posts, blogs
SEO research for blogs
Community engagement on the social platforms
Replying to DMs on the Instagram page
TikTok growth ideas (the client has a video editor that can make the videos but this person would need to help with writing captions)
Basic updates to the Shopify store- uploading blogs + updating products + creating discount codes for influencers
Researching content ideas from competitors social profiles and websites

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working with an Ecommerce brand
Created content using UGC (User generated content) before, not just graphics created by the brand.
Ideally someone that has experience working with an Ecommerce site + doing community building for companies in Australia or America
Knowledge of ChatGPT or willingness to learn it
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills and English skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
