Position Title: Financial Controller

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a full-time Financial Controller to serve as a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and COO. The Controller will oversee the companys overall financial health and strategic direction, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, controls, tax, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in real estate and hospitality, strong private equity experience, and a proven ability to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support long-term strategic growth.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business goals

  • Oversee accurate financial reporting, compliance with US GAAP, and strong internal controls

  • Manage cash flow, investments, debt, and capital budgeting to optimize financial performance

  • Support tax planning and compliance while identifying cost-saving opportunities

  • Apply expertise in real estate, hospitality, and private equity to guide financial decisions and maximize asset value

  • Lead and develop a high-performing remote finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability

  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies, including oversight of insurance programs


What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a significant portion in the real estate development industry.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

  • Proven track record of success in a CFO or similar senior financial role.

  • Extensive experience with equity transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, and portfolio management.

  • Deep understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles (GAAP), and internal controls

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in building and managing high-performing remote teams.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations related to the real estate and hospitality industries.
