Job description

Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing), you'll be responsible for strategize, monitor, manage and analyse the acquisition teams digital marketing campaigns - across Social, Search and Display. Reporting into Chief Marketing Officer, the role will lead on campaign creation and optimisation, campaign planning, testing and reporting. Ultimately the mission is to find ways to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and increase the Conversion rate of site.

Area of Responsibility

  • ο»ΏWorking with the CMO to define our paid performance strategy, defining budget, campaigns, KPIs and targets at each of our marketing channels
  • Leading our digital media buying and optimization, primarily across Facebook, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, & TikTok, helping us continue driving strong growth whilst ensuring we are acquiring customers at target costs
  • Work and manage the relationships with our SEO, paid agencies to ensure we are achieving targets
  • Lead our inhouse creative teams to help hypothesise, analyse and improve our ad creatives to improve Return On Ad Spend.
  • Identify new digital media opportunities to scale our reach and achieve our targets
  • Work closely with other departments such as technology, product, customer care and operations to ensure our marketing and strategic initiatives are aligned
  • Collaborate with wider marketing team on integrated marketing campaigns
  • Support team with insights from conducting market and user analysis
  • Execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) optimization tests that drive fundamental improvements to the website experience and conversion rate.
