Your role at Hostinger

Country manager in the international growth team. As part of Hostingers international growth team, youll be responsible for growing Hostinger’s market share in the France. You will focus on understanding target customers, evaluating channels, optimizing key metrics, and setting strategic countrylevel goals.

Your daytoday:
  • Market Expansion & Investment
  • Design and fully own the endtoend gotomarket strategy for the France, ensuring incremental growth in market share across all efforts.
  • Lead comprehensive market and channel analysis to identify key growth drivers and implement changes to increase market share.
  • Own marketing budget allocation based on historical data, opportunity size, and strategic goals. Ensure a balance between:

  • Immediate performance
  • Longterm investments
  • Tests & researches
  • Align investments based on seasonality and local competition.
  • Balance shortterm tactical needs with longterm sustainable growth objectives.

  • Business Development & Partnerships
  • Unlock highimpact partnerships with businesses, opinion leaders, and governmental entities to scale growth.
  • Focus on strategic, highvalue partnerships rather than executing smallscale tactical initiatives.

  • CrossFunctional Collaboration
  • Work with Marketing teams on channelspecific execution, ensuring alignment between global and country strategies.
  • Provide localization direction to ensure brand messaging resonates in the market.
  • Inform hiring roadmaps based on growth objectives and marketspecific needs.

  • Be the Primary VOC: Voice of Country, Voice of Customer & Voice of Company
  • Provide critical market intelligence, trends, and cultural insights to drive key decisions on pricing, campaigns, and product development.
  • Drive customer research initiatives to uncover hidden cohorts and untapped opportunities.
  • Ensure Hostinger is perceived as a trusted brand in the market.
  • Act as the voice and the face of the company in the local markets

  • Proven experience and a deep understanding of the France market.
  • Skilled in analyzing customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proficient in setting countrylevel goals, evaluating opportunities, and formulating market entry or expansion strategies.
  • Experienced in managing budgets, optimizing LTVCAC, ROAS, and ensuring profitability.
  • Adept at identifying effective channels, driving revenue growth, and executing gotomarket strategies.
  • Capable of overseeing execution, managing crossfunctional teams, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Experienced in building partnerships, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing contracts.
  • Skilled in navigating market challenges, regulatory changes, and business uncertainties.
  • Effective at presenting ideas, aligning teams, and advocating for business priorities.
  • Proficient in leveraging analytics and insights to enhance business performance.

  • Gross salary 70000 to 90000 EURyear (depending on your experience).
