We’re looking for a highly experienced and resultsdriven Director of Growth Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience driving customer acquisition across both SMB and Enterprise segments through multichannel growth initiatives, bringing together campaign strategy, testing frameworks, and data analysis to uncover new opportunities for growth.
This role is ideal for a strategic yet handson marketer who thrives in fastpaced environments and has a strong track record of building and leading successful programs that drive measurable business impact.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Develop and execute fullfunnel growth plans tailored to both SMB and Enterprise segments to drive customer acquisition across various channels, optimizing toward costefficient acquisition and conversion,
Plan and execute ABM campaigns for Enterprise segments, leveraging intent data and orchestration tools such as 6sense to drive engagement and pipeline velocity.
Work closely with sales, product marketing, content, digital, and design teams to align campaigns and messaging.
Utilize data analytics, AB testing, and other experimentation methods to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Partner closely with sales, marketing analytics, and product marketing teams to surface customer insights and inform growth tactics.
Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Constantly iterate on plans to drive engagement and desired outcomes through audience segmentation, creative, and messaging for maximum performance.
Partner with sales and marketing operations to align lead flow and optimize conversion paths for both enterprise and SMB pipelines.
WHAT YOULL BRING:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
1015 years of relevant experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing multichannel growth initiatives focused on customer acquisition.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Fluency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce and Pardot.
Proficiency in AB testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methodologies.
Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
Comfortable working across strategy and execution; thrives in agile, fastpaced environments
Excellent communicator who can partner and influence crossfunctional teams and leadership.
