We are looking for a Italian Comments Moderator for FacebookYouTube. Your main goal will be responsible for responding to user comments under video content on Italian Facebook pages and YouTube chanels, in accordance with the existing policies of the company. Additionally, Moderator will compile and submit monthly reports. Also, the employee in this position is responsible for translating metadata and posts from English to Italian for videos published on YouTube.

Key Focus Areas:
  • Community Engagement:
  • Respond to comments on the Facebook and YouTube Italian pages;
    Engage in discussions under videos while maintaining the brand’s Tone of Voice;
  • Content Moderation:
  • Monitor and manage spam to ensure a safe and engaging community;
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly reports on audience interactions and engagement results;
  • Translation:
  • Translate metadata from English to Italian for YouTube content;
    Adapt and localize posts for videos published on YouTube.

    This Role is for You If:
  • You have nativelevel proficiency in Italian;
  • You have a minimum B1 level of English for effective communication;
  • You can use Facebook and YouTube at a user level;
  • You have basic knowledge of crisis communication or any other experience in social media;
  • You maintain a spamfree environment on the pages;
  • You ensure prompt feedback and online availability;
  • You produce timely and highquality reports in accordance with deadlines and specified structures;
  • You are proficient in using Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Google Meet)
  • Experience in translation, call centers, customer interactions, or social media moderation will be an added advantage.
