We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team. Candidates must reside in Florida.
Responsibilities:
Support the Business Development team in identifying and developing new accounts in global markets.
Preparing business proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners (bedbanks, wholesalers, OTAs, etc.).
Manage account performance and track KPIs.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure partner success.
Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our products and solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to drive growth.
Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and suggest ways to improve partner engagement.
Attend trade shows or industry events.
Position requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry (B2B sales or business development in travel wholesale preferred).
Solid understanding of travel distribution, B2B sales, and basic APIXML connectivity.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
A selfstarter with a proactive mindset, someone who takes initiative, spots opportunities, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fastpaced, evolving environment.
Comfortable using data and performance metrics to support decisions and strategies.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and adaptability.
Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with independence and accountability.
Based in Florida with availability to travel as needed (Mandatory).
