Your Mission
Evolve and maintain our platform to support current and future levels of scale and capabilities.
Work closely with development teams, architects, and cloud engineers to engineer and deliver what matters.
Champion platform security and compliance, mentoring in best practices, and overseeing adherence to standards.
Display and foster a DevOps mindset; make it easy for teams to really own their products.
Develop, operate, and integrate highquality platform utilities that are crucial building blocks of our overall system.

Your Skills
Degree in computer scienceengineering or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in platform engineering (or a similar role).
Strong knowledge of containers, Git, CICD pipelines, and at least basics in Kubernetes, cloud, Terraform, and general software engineering.
You see tools as tools — and learn new ones fast when the job calls for it.
Understand that an engineering org is a sociotechnical system — no change is ever “just a change”.
Solid grasp of distributed systems.
Care about quality attributes like availability, reliability, correctness — but know when pragmatism beats perfection.
Startup mindset: collaborative, handson, and adaptable.
Bonus: software engineering background — because it’s easier to design a great car when you also drive it.
