Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the user experience of Nava’s product suite. This isn’t just another design job. What You’ll Do

• Own design for a core product area from discovery through delivery.
• Design AI-first experiences that feel intuitive, human, and powerful.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and benefits experts to simplify complex healthcare problems.
• Translate research into flows, interfaces, and patterns that scale across web + mobile.
• Advance our design system with coherent, aesthetic, and usable patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, exploration, iteration, and production.
• Contribute to a culture of user advocacy, thoughtful craft, and continuous improvement.

• Senior-level designer with experience owning end-to-end product design.
• Strong in research, synthesis, and storytelling.
• Skilled in interaction design, visual systems, and prototyping.
