Experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst., Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365., Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, and Azure AD., Certifications such as Microsoft and Apple certifications are desirable..

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the service desk and handle IT issues.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, laptops, and printers.
  • Support remote teams with meeting room technology and troubleshoot Dynamics 365.
  • Learn and operate the company's in-house developed platform.
