Guidewire Configuration Senior Developer
Job Duties
A senior Configuration developer is expected to carry out the following
· Requirement Elicitation
· Prepare Design documents.
· Write Pseudo code
· Customizing the Guidewire Product
· Data Model Development
· Business Logic (Rules) Development
· PCF Screen ( User Interface) Development
· LOB Mapping
· Localization for different Locales
· Development using Gosu for Classes and Enhancement
· Prepare UTC and perform unit testing.
· Perform Code review
· Mentor Junior developers
Required Experience
4 to 7 years IT Experience
Atleast 1 Guidewire configuration implementation
Minimum 1 year Guidewire experience

Extensive experience on the following
· GOSU
· Core Java
· J2EE
· Web services
· JMS
· All Ruleset Categories
· Guidewire Datamodel
· Business perspective and Functional perspective of claims handling and policy administration with respect to Guidewire platform
Preferred experience on the following
· Guidewire Functional Certification
· RDBMS concepts and SQL knowledge
· Prior experience in Guidewire product Configuration.
