- Handle technical debt in the application, including upgrading frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
- Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities flagged by various security tools.
- Maintain and improve the application's codebase independently, without team management responsibilities.
- Work on front-end technologies such as JSP, JS, JSTL, and cloud services like AWS.
Job description
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling tech debt in the application
· E.g. upgrade Springhibernate from EOL to latest version
· Candidate will be responsible to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities, those are
flagged by various tools like Blackduck,Fortify,Veracode,Synack,Netsparker..etc
· Position is for individual role(No team management is involved)
Qualifications:
· BachelorMaster of Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or
equivalent from reputed institute
· Significant IT experience in Java for 57 years.
· Strong core Java skills
· Prior experience in solving tech debts in the product.
· Experience in resolving security vulnerabilities identified by BlackduckFortifyVeracode
SynackNetsparker..etc
· Familiarity with OWASP vulnerabilities model.
· Strong concept of objectoriented and design principles, design patterns.
· Strong experience in JUnit and familiarity with TestDriven Design.
· Hands on experience on OracleSQL server database.
· Hands on experience on JSPJSJSTLAWS
· Knowledge on AngularJSStrutsSpring boothibernate.
