Proficiency in Catia V5 and UG-NX CAD software for part design, surfacing, and drafting.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, DFM, DFA, DFMEA, and related quality standards.

Having 48 years of experience in design & development of Seating. Strong knowledge on design and development of Plastic, foam & trims, experience on frame is added advantage, Able to interact with customers and manufacturing suppliers to fulfil all the technical requirements on the project. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards for Seating FMVSS and ECE. Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components. Very strong in UGNXCatia CAD software part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting. Very strong track record of team handling. Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stackup, change management. Strong experience of working in CFT environment.
