• Proficient in eCommerce knowledge Business knowledge Business Change Management Functional Architecture Design Project Financials and Business Process DesignReDesign.
• Act as the Support lead to the Hybris ecommerce sites leading the offshore vendor partner resources execute tasks and be as an SME as it relates to Hybris ecommerce implementations
• Sound knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud (aka Hybris) functionality configuration options development lifecycle as well as strong understanding of web application architectures.
• Ability to map the requirements of the business to the capabilities of the system.
• Should have baseline in Testing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Skills leading disparate and dispersed teams through challenging situations.
• Skills in Business Analysis Business Knowledge Package Configuration and Change Management.
• Skills in Functional Architecture Design and Architecture Knowledge.
• Knowledge of SEOSEM Site Analytics Adobe Experience Manager or other related tools are beneficial.
