Roles & Responsibilities

Degree in Information Technology, B.E., B.Tech, or MCA.
1-3 years of experience in server monitoring and system health checks.
Good knowledge of Linux operating systems like CentOS and Redhat.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS.

Requirements:

Monitor overall server health and support applications or products.
Report incidents and log all relevant information.
Utilize monitoring tools like Nagios and Grafana to ensure system stability.
Create incident tickets and support 24x7 work shifts.

• Report incidents.
• Good Knowledge of Monitoring tools like Nagios, Grafana etc.
• Creating incident tickets or service request tickets, logging all pertinent Information.
• Flexible to work 24x7.

General Qualifications: Degree educated in Information Technology BE B. TechMCA., preferred
 The candidate should have 13 years’ experience in handing server monitoring and system
healthcheck.
 Good knowledge of Linux (CentOS, Redhat etc.).
 Basic knowledge of Cloud infra like GCP, Azure and AWS.
 Good experience of Monitoring system like Nagios, Grafana, GCP monitoring and wellversed
with its checks and configuration options.
 Proactively report the issues to relevant stake holders.
 Experience of Infrastructure & Application Alert Monitoring
