Job Description:

• ;amp;amp;#61558; Role: Tech Lead of Software Engineering
• ;amp;amp;#61558; Technical Lead Responsibilities:
• o Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• o Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• o Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• o Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• o Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• o Keeping uptodate with industry trends and developments.
• o Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• o Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
• o Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
• o Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
• ;amp;amp;#61558; Technical Lead Requirements:
• o Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• o Relevant Management certification may be required.
• o Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• o Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• o Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• o Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
• o Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• o Efficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, but experience in Node.js, Docker, JavaScript Frameworks, .NET, C# is plus.
