Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive ecommerce support to Germanspeaking clients through email, chat, and phone communication.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online orders, payments, and product queries.
  • Assist customers in navigating the ecommerce platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to facilitate service improvements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Engage in continuous training to remain knowledgeable about product offerings and industry trends.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
      • Exceptional customer service skills accompanied by a strong problemsolving ability.
      • Previous experience in ecommerce support or a related customer service role is preferred.
      • Proficiency in using online platforms and technical troubleshooting.
      • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while managing competing priorities effectively.
