  • Enhance customer satisfaction by engaging with users through informative and friendly communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure messages are consistent and reflect the brand’s voice.
  • Identify patterns in customer inquiries to help inform product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Assist in developing social media campaigns and content that resonate with Italianspeaking audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to provide informed support and recommendations.

      • Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Previous experience in social media support, community management, or customer service.
      • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their functionalities.

      • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
