Responsibilities

• Moderate Italian language content on social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and act on inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content promptly.
• Provide constructive feedback regarding content quality and guideline adherence.
• Collaborate closely with fellow moderators to develop best practices for content moderation.
• Document moderation activities and maintain accurate records of decisions made.
• Stay updated on social media trends and changes in community standards.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve moderation processes.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills geared towards user interaction.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferable.
  • Proactive problemsolving abilities and sound decisionmaking skills.
