Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver toptier customer support to Germanspeaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge and service skills.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to share insights and improve customer service practices.
