As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Germanspeaking users, offering assistance through instant messaging channels. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions to inquiries and enhancing user experiences on social media platforms.       • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

      • Previous experience in customer support or social media engagement is preferred.
