Responsibilities

• Deliver highquality technical support to Irishspeaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical inquiries effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Irish and English, both written and spoken.
