Responsibilities

• Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues via phone and email in German and English.
• Provide topnotch consumer service by addressing customer needs professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the database for future reference and analysis.
• Contribute to daily team meetings and share insights to help improve service processes.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customercentric attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Good problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • A willingness to embrace relocation to Greece with company support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
