Job description

Do you feel comfortable in business sales and able to build relationships? Do you have experience working with key Czech clients, are you able to create customized offers and want to work in an organization that focuses on growth in such a fastpaced environment as the specialty coffee world?

Challenges in this position:

  • active customer acquisition (mailing, cold calling, LinkedIn, networking);
  • proactively identify sales opportunities with existing clients (upsell, crosssell);
  • developing and maintaining longterm relationships with B2B clients;
  • qualifying and handling sales leads (inbound and outbound);
  • meeting individual and departmental sales targets;
  • achieving nonfinancial targets set by Head of Sales;
  • business customer service (email, phone, offlineonline meetings);
  • preparation of sales proposals and sales presentations;
  • reporting in CRM;
  • project management and cooperation with Marketing departments;
  • collaborating with other departments;
  • participation in industry events;
  • active development of sales and product competencies;
  • selfmanagement of priorities based on KPIs.
    • We want to work with you if:

      • you have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with clients in the Czech market in the FMCG industry, experience in the Slovak market is welcomed but not required;
      • you understand sales processes and are comfortable with them;
      • czech is your native language + you communicate in English at a level of min. C1;
      • you have the ability to build and develop new sales channels;
      • you are able to analyze customer needs;
      • you know how to create tailored offers and sales presentations;
      • you are highly organized and able to work independently;
      • you have a proactive approach and willingness to initiate sales activities;
      • CRM is a program you know as well as Excel;
      • you have a drivers license.
