Job description

We are seeking a dedicated K12 Education Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team, specializing in placements within public schools for our client, who is one of the largest education staffing agencies for K12 schools in the United States. We currently serve our client in 200+ public school districts across 15+ states


Responsabilities:

This recruiter will be responsible for educating and motivating interested candidates while helping navigate them through a 30+ day hiring process from start to finish. Their primary goal will be to meet the staffing needs of our client by recruiting and hiring qualified substitute teachers and support staff

● High volume of inbound and outbound outreach to warm candidates generated by our growth marketing team (no sourcing required!)

● Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for specific school roles

● Effectively engage with candidates via phone, sms, and email communication channels

● Manage the endtoend hiring process for candidates from initial screen to placement into a classroom

● Meet daily and monthly contact, activity, and hiring goals

● Collaborate with other recruiters and teams across the company to improve our processes, products, and organization

● Participate in weekly trainings, 1:1’s, and companywide meetings in order to develop and grow

Requirements

Skills and qualifications Hard and soft skills:

● Ability to clearly communicate in English.

○ Candidates will do a sales roleplay during both interviews. The roleplay is nonscripted. This will require the candidate to think quickly on their feet and integrate feedback.

● Ability to comprehend English.

○ Candidates will have the opportunity to do the roleplay twice. They will receive feedback in between the 2 attempts. This will require them to clearly understand the feedback given to them so that it can be implemented. They must be coachable!

● Organized solid time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction

● Experience in nonscripted, highvolume call environments
