Job Profile:
Design HR Initiatives required at the Resorts Call Centres Memberships Branch Offices Corporate Office
Implement Course Corrective Measures to improvise the HR initiatives
Participates in the development of Human Resources strategies which are aligned with the overall objectives of the Group
Creates 100% stakeholder satisfaction by providing the service experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Creates a work environment aligned with Brand’s culture by designing, conducting, reporting all the management skills business skills training on a regular basis for Resorts Call Centres Branch Offices Corporate Office
Requirement:
Minimum of three months on handson progressive core human resources experience through an internship or apprenticeship
Bachelor’s degree preferred, certification in related field desired
Hotel Industry experience preferred
