Job Profile:
Streamline and coordinate HR operations like payroll, leave, attendance, on boarding, confirmations, appraisals, exit management and employee grievances.
Collaborate with teams to execute Policies, Procedures, Employee Relations, Culture and Team Building activities
Maintaining employee data on HRMS (Leaves, insurance, personal details, etc.)
Requirements:
Must have 23 years of experience in HR Operations. Must have startup experience.
Any Graduates Post Graduate with strong academics
