LMS Administration Lead – FullTime, Remote (Open to Indiabased candidates only)

Location: Remote, but you must be based in India.

PLEASE NOTE THE REQUIRED WORKING HOURSDAYS:

Must be willing to work 9 AM – 5 PM CET, including weekends (with two weekdays off).

MUSTHAVE: Proven leadership experience managing an LMS team or project.

We’re seeking an experienced LMS Administration Lead to head our LMS operations and manage a team of LMS administrators, ensuring seamless delivery of global learning programs. You’ll combine leadership, technical knowhow, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize our learning platforms and drive excellence in virtual training delivery.

What You’ll Do

👥 Team Leadership

  • Supervise and guide a team of 2–3 LMS administrators.

  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage performance.

  • Provide training, feedback, and support to build team capability.

    • 📅 Project Management

      • Plan and track LMSrelated projects, activities, and milestones.

      • Ensure ontime, highquality delivery of learning programs.

        • ⚙ System Administration

          • Oversee user account management, course enrollments, and content updates.

          • Configure LMS features and maintain optimal system functionality.

            • 🤝 Stakeholder Coordination

              • Partner with L&D teams, clients, vendors, and IT for smooth operations.

              • Align LMS workflows with evolving business needs.

                • 🛠 Issue Resolution

                  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical problems and escalations.

                  • Ensure fast, effective resolution for users.

                    • 📊 Reporting & Analytics

                      • Monitor LMS usage and generate data reports.

                      • Share insights for continuous improvement and decisionmaking.

                          • Identify gaps in workflows and implement best practices.
