    • Are you a strategic technology leader with a passion for building worldclass digital experiences? Endeavour Group is searching for a Group Solution Manager to lead the technology strategy for our Commerce and Customer Experience platforms.

      In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey, from the moment a customer starts their search to the final delivery of their order. Youll own the technical product strategy and roadmap for our customer experience domain, collaborating with business partners and technical teams to deliver innovative, costeffective, and highquality solutions across digital and instore channels.

      Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

      • Technology Strategy & Planning: Own the technology roadmap for the CommerceCustomer Experience domain. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture to guide technical decisions, assess emerging technologies, and ensure our platforms deliver a bestinclass digital experience.

      • Delivery Enablement: Collaborate with Tribe Leads, Product Managers, and various teams to translate business needs into actionable plans. You will provide technical leadership, manage relationships with external partners, and ensure our endtoend technology stack is seamless.

      • Leadership & Influence: You will be a key influencer, leading and mentoring delivery squads and fostering a culture of innovation. You will also be a core member of the IT Extended Leadership Team, contributing to our overall technology direction.

        • Qualifications

          • Extensive experience (710+ years) in technology management, particularly with largescale, complex projects.
          • Deep expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, mobile applications (iOS & Android), webfrontend technologies, and digital asset management platforms.
          • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
          • Experience with CMS, SEO, Search & Browse technologies, and backend core systems.
          • A proven ability to think strategically, influence stakeholders at all levels, and navigate a highly matrixed organization.
          • Experience in the retail industry, especially multichannel environments, is highly desirable.
