Our client, a leader in the Tech industry, is looking for a Social Media Listening Analyst to join our team. You will be the ears of our organization in the digital world. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, report on and analyze our brand’s social media channels and the internet for customer feedback, issue escalation, competitor activity, and emerging trends. Utilizing advanced listening tools, you will gather actionable insights that will inform our marketing strategies, product development, and customer service initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting data and translating it into clear, comprehensive reports that will drive decisionmaking and community based actionsengagements across multiple departments. You will work closely with the social media team to escalate issues, share sentiment, and contribute to campaign ideas. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for social media, and the ability to distill large volumes of data into meaningful stories that resonate with stakeholders and guide our brand’s online presence.
