What will you do around here?

  • Find and attract the worlds best recruiters to work at Talentful

  • Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outsidethebox sourcing strategies

  • Working internally at Talentful, supporting the revenue function

  • Partner with toptier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice

    • Wed love to chat with you if you have:

      • 12 years of nontechnical or R4R recruitment sourcing experience, in a fastpaced environment

      • Highvolume hiring experience

      • Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean

      • Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders

      • Exceptional organizational skills and detailorientated

            • The cash compensation range we have provided has been benchmarked against similar organizations of comparable size, sector and age. Our offers of employment consider a variety of factors, including but not limited to, unique skill sets, specific expertise or certifications and businessorganizational needs. It is not typical for us to hire talent at the top of the range for a role, in part because it’s so important to us to allow all Talentful employees the opportunity to develop over time, and to feel rewarded for doing so. A reasonable estimate of the total yearly compensation range for this role is $72,000 $78,000.
