Qualifications:

• Stay up to date on legislation and regulations in your licensed state(s)
• Experience negotiating settlements and advocate for clients
• Strong communication and client relationships
• Work with precision, empathy, and analytical thinking
• Experience: 56 years in litigation, trial experience preferred
• +4 years of PERSONAL INJURY experience.

  Responsibilities:

  • Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
  • Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
  • Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
  • Build strong client relationships and provide toptier legal representation
  • Evaluate cases and manage caseloads efficiently
  • Collaborate with our intake team to sign up new cases
