What Were Looking For

The Head of ERP will be responsible for driving initiatives that modernize financial systems and processes, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and decisionmaking by developing and implementing scalable solutions aligned with Welltechs strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage the ERP system roadmap with a focus on Workday (Finance and HRIS), including system architecture, module expansion, and continuous improvements.

  • Act as the Workday product owner, ensuring all configurations, integrations, and enhancements align with business needs and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and IT teams to support operational processes through scalable system solutions.

  • Lead ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and releases — coordinating across departments to ensure successful deployments with minimal disruption.

  • Establish and maintain strong system governance, including change request management, user access controls, and audit readiness.

  • Manage external vendors and consultants engaged in system support and enhancements.

  • Oversee system documentation, user guides, and knowledge base development.

  • Lead a highperforming ERP team (5–7 FTE), fostering expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, and administration.

  • Develop and implement structured onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure team selfsufficiency and skill growth.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure system performance, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

    • Education & Experience

      • 8+ years of experience in ERP leadership, Workday administration, or related roles in FinanceHR technology.

      • Must have indepth, handson expertise in Workday, including configuration, integration, security, and reporting (e.g., Workday Finance, HCM, andor Adaptive Planning).

      • Proven experience in managing and scaling ERP platforms in midtolarge organizations.

      • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance and HR functions.

      • Experience leading crossfunctional system projects and working with thirdparty vendors.

      • Familiarity with data governance, internal controls, and audit frameworks.
