Exusia, a cuttingedge digital transformation consultancy, seeks Senior Consultants Leads with strong domain knowledge of US Healthcare Domain with proven experience in data analysis, data modeling and data architecture to join our Analytics practice in India. Healthcare industry experience is mandatory

What’s the Role?

· Fulltime job to work with Exusias clients in the United States to deliver on bleedingedge datadriven solutions

· Performing business and data analysis, data mapping, data modelling and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Solution Architects and Application DesignersDevelopers.

Criteria for the Role!

· Minimum 4 year’s experience working US healthcare domain customers

· Minimum 6 years of experience working as a Senior Data Analyst and Data Modeler.

· Strong knowledge of US Healthcare domain with significant experience of healthcare data and data models

· Master of Science (preferably in Computer and Information Sciences or Business Information Technology) or an Engineering degree in the above areas.

· Excellent communication skills and should be able to work directly with business stakeholders, creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, attitude to learn newer toolstechnologies

Responsibilities

· Analyse & document business requirements working with crossfunctional teams and business stakeholders.

· Perform data analysis and data modelling activities

· Act as a healthcare domain SME and disseminate information to project team & business stakeholders.

· Translate business requirements into technical specifications, sourcetotarget mapping, data and data models

· Data profiling and data cleansing, Analyse and interpret data and prepare data analysis reports.

· Perform Data validation and testing to certify data

· Working in an agile software delivery model and manage changing requirements and priorities during the SDLC


Requirements

Mandatory Skills


· Us healthcare domain knowledge specifically around Claims (Medical and Pharmacy), EMR, EHR, HIE.

· Creating Logical and Conceptual data models for the above areas

· Physical implementation of Star, Snowflake and Relational (Normalized including 3NF) models using tools like Erwin, ER Studio, Infosphere Data Architect (IDA)

· Strong understanding of different data architectural patterns and their implementation

· Strong SQL and or python skills for carrying out data analysis and data profiling

· Handson exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases and able to write pseudocode for ETL requirements.

· Data validation and testing using SQL or any toolbased testing methods

Nice to have skills

· Exposure to scrum master or product owner role will be desirable

· Knowledge of data processing pipelines and their orchestration using Snowflake DBT Python Airflow

· Exposure to one or more Cloud platforms – Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform

· Exposure to Data Governance projects including Metadata Management, Data Dictionary, Data Glossary, Data Lineage and Data Quality aspects.
