Exusia, a cuttingedge digital transformation company is looking for top Talent with Power Platform, Power BI and Dynamics 365 skills to join our global delivery teams Industry Analytics practice in India.

What’s the Role?
Fulltime job to work with Exusias clients which demands strong expertise in integrating various Dynamics 365 modules with Azure services Power apps Power BI to support transactional and analytical reporting. You will have the opportunity to work directly with client and collaborate with crossfunctional agile teams that include Frontend Developers, ReportBI Developers and Product Owners to develop data centric applications with beautiful, usable UIs and creative visualizations. This role will provide an opportunity into expand into and work on data warehousing, data engineering and data management areas. Experience working with onshoreoffshore delivery model is a big plus. Strong real time handson experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is a must

Criteria for the Role!
Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working in various modules of Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Power BI.
Exposure to ecommerce, logistics and supply chain domain is preferable
Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, building a solid understanding of the Data Analytics domain
Document, discuss and resolve business, data and reporting issues within the team, across functional teams, and with business stakeholders
Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Present written and verbal data analysis findings, to both the project team and business stakeholders
Be selfmotivated and proactive in a fastpaced environment and flexible to work
Demonstrated experience in effectively working with multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner
Demonstrated experience in organizing and prioritizing work, meeting deadlines and working independently as well as collaboratively with others
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Education Qualification – Bachelor of Science (preferably in Computer and Information Sciences or Business Information Technology) or an Engineering degree in the above areas

Requirements
Mandatory Skills:

Implementing, customizing and upgrading various modules of Dynamics 365
Real handson experience in Integrating Dynamics 365 applications with Power platform Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI
Experience in Azure services like Data Fabric, ADF, ADLS, Synapse and Databricks
Designing and integrating Dynamics 365 apps with Azure services and other thirdparty reporting tools to support real time reporting and analytics needs.
Strong handson experience with Dataverse
Exposure to Microsoft Azure hosted databases like Azure SQL and Synapse
Good understanding of Data warehousing, ETL concepts and dimensional data modelling techniques
Experience working with multiple databases and large datasets creating advanced SQL queries
