THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Head of GTM Enablement to lead and scale the enablement function at Cyera, a midstage company at the forefront of data security innovation. This leader will be instrumental in driving strategic gotomarket execution by empowering our customerfacing teams through robust training, content, tools, and programs that reinforce our competitive edge and measurable customer value.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Message Enablement & Differentiation

  • Lead the development and continual refinement of Cyera’s Command of the Message—specifically focusing on:
  • The Unique, Comparative, and Holistic measurable business value Cyera delivers to customers.
  • Enablement of compelling messaging and positioning for both existing solutions and future innovations.
  • Create and train teams on effective discovery and qualification frameworks, including “trap setting” questions to position Cyera advantageously versus competitors.
    • CustomerCentric Proof Points & Competitive Intel

      • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product to:
      • Source and formalize customer proof points, use cases, and quantifiable success metrics.
      • Develop an evolving competitive intelligence program that informs positioning and field tactics.
      • Embed measurable customer examples into enablement assets, aligned with vertical, buyer persona, and competitive context.
        • Technical Collaboration for Sales Success

          • Align closely with Sales Engineering and the Office of the CTO to:
          • Support sales teams with technical architecture, demos, and PoCs that validate solution fit.
          • Secure Technical Wins by influencing technical decisionmakers and enabling champions to sell internally to economic buyers.
            • Enablement Program Development

              • Design and execute highimpact onboarding, ongoing training, and certification programs tailored for: Account Executives & Channel Executives, Frontline Sales Managers, Customer Success Managers, BDRSDR teams, Sales & Channel Engineers, Marketing (where applicable)
              • Maintain continuous feedback loops from GTM leadership, reps, and bootcamp participants to ensure programs remain effective and relevant.
              • Drive rapid enablement for new product releases, business capabilities, and gotomarket motions.
                • CrossFunctional Partnerships

                  • Foster strong relationships with:
                  • Product Management – to ensure technical accuracy and futurealigned enablement.
                  • Office of the CTO – to stay ahead of platform evolution and architectural positioning.
                  • Marketing – to align messaging, campaigns, and content development.
                  • Business Value Engineering – to quantify and communicate the economic impact of Cyera solutions.

                    • Requirements

                      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

                      • Demonstrated success in building and leading Sales Enablement teams in highgrowth B2B SaaS environments, particularly in cybersecurity or datarelated technologies.
                      • Extensive experience architecting enablement strategies that align with organizational goals, accelerate sales cycles, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
                      • Track record of scaling enablement programs across a global gotomarket organization.
                      • Certified Force Management practitioner and trainer, with a strong command of Command of the Message® and Command of the Sale®.
                      • Deep proficiency in designing, deploying, and reinforcing sales methodologies that increase win rates, deal velocity, and rep effectiveness.
                      • Proven builder of: Measurable business value campaigns ; Quantified technical outcome frameworks ; Competitive intelligence systems
                      • Technical fluency in: AIML, Semantic Classification, Pattern Matching ; Data classification & risk for structured and unstructured data ; SaaS, PaaS, IaaS architectures and their security implications
                      • Exceptional communicator with the ability to align technical, business, and field audiences.

                        • COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

                          In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

                          This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
