Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team and help us tell the next chapter of the Promo story through brand strategy, overall marketing plans and strategies.

As a Head of Marketing, you will:

  • work with Product, R&D and Customer Success teams to create a compelling gotomarket plan
  • collaborate with stakeholders to define and establish marketingspecific metrics that will have a direct impact on company revenue goals
  • lead and empower highperforming collaborative teams which are in charge of ideating, prioritizing, designing, and implementing company marketing campaigns and user engagement strategies that accelerate viral adoption of the company’s products
  • lead the overall planning, development and alignment of Promo’s presence and brand across our suite of products to increase salience for our customers, partners, prospects and the press
  • conceptualize and implement a marketing roadmap and translate concepts into actionable quarterly objectives
  • lead a program of brand tracking, research, and campaign analysis, reporting achievements and performance
  • own the brand marketing budget, optimize it and translate strategies into the detailed resource plans
  • work closely with the Finance team to update forecasts and reports.
    • We are looking for:

      • 10+ years of experience in fastgrowing B2B SAAS companies aiming for global markets with proven ability to scale a business from its growth stages to the next level and a track record of quantifiable results and success
      • fluent English (excellent verbal and written skills)
      • experience with successfully building and leading a team of 10+ employees with exceptional communication skills and excellent creative storytelling abilities
      • deep knowledge of marketing processes from AZ from ideation to execution, measurement, and optimization
      • experience in translating strategic goals into yearround tactical plans
      • passion in identifying new opportunities for growth and mining for insights by analyzing customer data
