To join our team, were looking for a forwardthinking Senior Growth Marketing Lead focused on mobile user acquisition.Someone, who sees this role as a unique blend of growth marketing, MarTech and data and who is passionate about shaping the future of Taxfix’s user acquisition growth engine. Design and drive a forwardthinking user acquisition strategy across key channels, with a focus on automation, scalability, and AIdriven decisionmaking and optimization.
Drive the performance of our primary mobile acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC…) by designing and managing automated systems and agentic workflows to handle daytoday campaign management and optimization.
Manage and scale 6digit monthly budgets for our mobile acquisition channels, ensuring efficient investment and allocation of resources to achieve our growth targets.
Systematically explore, test, and scale promising new channel opportunities, such as mobile DSPs and Web2App acquisition flows.
Foster and drive a culture of highvelocity testing and datadriven learning. You will be responsible for creating experiment roadmaps that allow us to test hypotheses on creative, channel systems and user flows at a fast pace.
Act as a key stakeholder for our MarTech and Analytics teams. Collaborate closely with them to define measurement frameworks, attribution models, performance marketing needs, build new capabilities and refine the tools that power our growth.
Partner with our internal creative studio and performance creative strategist to drive creative optimization and develop highly performing ad creatives at scale.
You have 6+ years handson experience in mobile user acquisition, with deep expertise in setting strategy and managing largerscale ad networks with at least 6 digit budgets per month (e.g. Meta, TikTok, UAC, Mobile DSPs…).
You’re an expert in designing and implementing mobile acquisition strategies and developing setting up advanced optimization processes and tooling.
You have a track record of moving beyond manual campaign management. You think in terms of systems, automation, and scalability. You have gained experience with automation platforms, scripting or have an understanding of marketing APIs.
You possess a deeply analytical mindset, with the ability to handle large datasets to uncover strategic insights. You have experience working with and improving advanced marketing measurement methodologies such as MMM, incrementality and MTA.
You are highly curious for the AI revolution and its application to marketing. You went beyond just using AI tools and ideally started to think systemically about how to build, automate, and leverage AI agents and workflows to solve complex UA challenges.
You are a selfstarter who thrives on autonomy. You have a bias for action and an impatience to deliver results, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving projects from conception to completion.
You operate with a highvelocity test and learn mentality, rapidly iterating on ideas to uncover what works.Our story:
