We are looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and drive the recruitment of top IT talent for the organization. This role involves working closely with the IT leadership team to understand their hiring needs, implementing recruitment strategies, and managing the full recruitment cycle for complex IT positions. You will also lead the IT Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment and coordination across internal and external stakeholders, while developing effective recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT talent acquisition strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process for senior and complex IT positions, ensuring efficient and effective hiring practices.
Lead and mentor the IT Talent Acquisition team, setting goals, removing blockers, and providing ongoing guidance and support.
Build strong relationships with IT leaders and hiring managers to ensure recruitment efforts align with business needs.
Develop and execute recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top IT talent.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment tools, technologies, and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, ensuring a strong pipeline of top candidates.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., timetofill, costperhire) and optimize recruitment strategies based on data insights.
Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the IT team, ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.
