Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the acquisition strategy for the Beauty vertical, including skincare brands Revel Beauty and The Spa Dr.
  • Own the full funnel marketing activities, such as paid media, CRO, and funnel monetization.
  • Manage the P&L for multi-million dollar acquisition engines.
  • Drive growth to scale RevelBeauty.com to over $15 million in revenue with healthy margins.

Now, were looking for a worldclass Growth Director to lead the acquisition strategy for our Beauty vertical, with full funnel ownership across paid media, CRO, data, creative, and funnel monetization.

This role will lead the growth of our skincare brands Revel Beauty and The Spa Dr., and own the P&L of multimillion dollar acquisition engines — with a goal of scaling RevelBeauty.com to $15M+ revenue and 5%+ EBITDA margin in Year 1.
