Key Responsibilities:

Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits for Neurology and Allergy services.
Accurately enter and update insurance information in NextGen EMR.
Communicate with insurance companies to confirm benefits and resolve discrepancies.
Work closely with providers, billing, and frontoffice staff to ensure claims accuracy.
Assist in resolving prior authorization and referral requirements.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and payerspecific guidelines.

Requirements
