● Troubleshoot minor technical issues and assist with onboarding or setup tasks for new accounts or tools

● Complete fieldbased tasks involving physical systems, identity verifications, or clientspecific operations (local travel required)

Who You Are

● DetailDriven & Conscientious: You care deeply about the little things. You catch what others miss.

● ProcessOriented & Reliable: You excel when following structured steps, and teammates know they can count on you.

● Completions: You finish what you start, close loops without reminders, and don’t leave tasks halfdone.

● Steady Under Pressure: You’re calm and focused in live settings and timesensitive moments.

● Technically Capable: You’re comfortable navigating software, tools, and browserbased workflows.

● Logistically Flexible: You’re based in NJ or PA (or willing to relocate) and can handle daily inperson tasks that require local travel.

Bonus Points

● Experience in admin, ops, or structured execution roles (e.g., QA, compliance, lab work,

customer operations)

● Interest in alternative markets, trading, or startups

● Familiarity with SOPdriven environments or performancebased work

Why Join Us

● Competitive hourly pay with performance incentives

● Flexible hours with consistent workflows
