  • At least 6+ years of full stack programming experience in various Java based technologies and frameworks
  • Strong experience with Spring framework & Hibernate based webapplication development.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing high performance, scalable & secure enterprise class web applications.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Handson approach for solving technical challenges faced by the team.
  • Good working exposure to relational databases like Oracle, MySQL etc.
  • Experience working with Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery & HTML.
  • Selfdriven & motivated leader who can drive the team for quality and timely delivery with complete authority and accountability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiatives and handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
    • For Architect:
      • Should be hands on J2EE architecture and design.
      • Overall 810+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years on Product technical design and architecture for enterprise grade solutions.
