Sales Admin Coordinator (IT Industry )

Start Date: Immediate preferred.
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (UK Time)
Location: Remote South Africa

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Sales Admin Coordinator to support our service and sales operations. This role combines elements of sales administration, project coordination, and virtual assistance. The ideal candidate is highly organised, techsavvy, and thrives in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

This is a handson role focused on execution β€” getting tasks done efficiently, taking ownership of administrative processes, and ensuring smooth operations between vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daytoday administrative tasks, including purchase orders, chasing quotes, and updating records.

  • Provide task management support to ensure timely completion of sales and service deliverables.

  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors and clients to track quotes, orders, and project progress.

  • Support quoting activities within multiple IT and vendor systems.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and client use, leveraging tools such as Excel and Office 365.

  • Assist with client communications, including emails and occasional Teams meetings.

  • Track tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are updated.

  • Take ownership of administrative workload, freeing up sales and service teams to focus on strategic priorities.



    • Requirements
      • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between tasksprojects effectively.

      • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

      • Confident working with multiple IT systems; comfortable learning and navigating different platforms quickly.

      • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling quotes, purchase orders, and client data.

      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

      • Techoriented mindset; able to work within MSPtechnology environments.

      • Experience in sales administration, service administration, or virtual assistant roles.
