This role is specifically designed for individuals who have a passion for travel and a strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service. As a Travel Support Specialist, you will assist Finnishspeaking clients in managing their travel arrangements and inquiries.


Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Finnishspeaking clients with travelrelated inquiries and bookings through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Help clients modify their travel plans, including changes to flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate with travel partners, such as airlines and hotels, to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information about travel policies, destinations, and service options.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions in the CRM system for continuous service improvement.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Stay informed about current trends in the travel industry to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Experience in customer service or the travel industry is highly advantageous.
      • Excellent communication skills and a strong customerfocused approach.
      • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
      • Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
      • Knowledge of travel booking systems and CRM tools is a plus.
