Responsibilities
  • Offer outstanding support to Finnishspeaking customers through various social media platforms, efficiently handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, ensuring prompt responses to comments, messages, and queries.
  • Engage proactively with users to build relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all communications.
  • Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends, and provide insights to improve service offerings.
  • Assist in creating engaging and culturally relevant social media content tailored to the Finnish audience.
  • Stay informed about social media best practices and industry trends to enhance support strategies.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Finnish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Experience in social media support, community management, or customer service is preferred.
      • Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms and their user engagement dynamics.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
      • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fastpaced setting.
      • Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
