Responsibilities
  • Provide highquality technical support to Frenchspeaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Guide customers on product features and best practices to maximize their usage.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to effective resolutions.
  • Conduct followups with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolution of their inquiries.
  • Stay updated on product advancements and industry developments to deliver informed support.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
      • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
      • Solid understanding of technical systems and strong troubleshooting skills.
      • Excellent attention to detail and analytical problemsolving abilities.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
      • Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is a plus.
      • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
