Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Gaming Experience Specialist to join our talented team. In this role, you will be vital in ensuring that our Finnishspeaking players have an exceptional gaming experience. By providing toptier support and understanding player needs, you will help foster a thrilling gaming environment.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnishspeaking gamers, promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they face.
  • Engage with players via multiple communication channels including live chat, email, and phone, ensuring smooth and enjoyable interactions.
  • Accurately document player interactions in our CRM system, compiling feedback to inform future enhancements.
  • Analyze player feedback and trends to provide actionable insights for improving the overall gaming experience.
  • Work closely with game developers to communicate player feedback and advocate for necessary game adjustments.
  • Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and industry developments to maintain engaging conversations with players.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to share insights and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and English with great verbal and written communication skills.
      • Experience in customer service, especially within the gaming industry, is a plus.
      • A passion for gaming along with an understanding of gamer culture and preferences.
      • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to effectively address and resolve player issues.
      • Experience with CRM tools or similar customer support systems.
      • Detailoriented and wellorganized, with an ability to manage various inquiries simultaneously.
      • Proactive and enthusiastic, dedicated to ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience for all players.
